In general, an item may be eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery of the shipment. If 10 days have passed to the receipt of the shipment, the item cannot be returned.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, authenticity card if applicable, and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
Once your return is picked up and received by us, we will verify and inspect. You will be notified once the return is approved.
The refund will processed within 10 days and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Our logistics partners are thorough professionals and take utmost care of each shipment to ensure it's timely delivery. However, in case of rare unforeseen circumstances if the shipment is lost, we offer full refund for the purchase made.
